BluePay ENTERPRISES PTY LTD. ACN trading as “BluPay” regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our merchants, partners and customers. BluPay is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (as amended) and the Australian Privacy Principles (collectively, Privacy Law). The following privacy policy applies to all BluPay users,and sets out the way in which BluPay collects and uses personal and corporate information, and other requirements as set out in the Privacy Law.

Collection of Information
In order to use the BluPay, we require certain corporate and personal information
We collect corporate information, including your name, mobile number, email address, company name, company locality, driving license or passport number, zip code / post code and images relating to invoices or receipts.
We collect personal information such as your name, email address, mobile number, driving license or passport number and card (Credit or Debit card) details.
The information we collect, whether corporate or personal, is collected as part of registration or payment process with BluPay.
We collect personal and corporate information for the purpose of providing you with BluPay as a product and a high level of customer service.
The app collects and uploads users' Contact information to http://208.109.11.251 (trusted backend server).
Registration
In order to use BluPay, you must first create a username and password as part of the registration. During registration you must provide us with certain corporate or personal information as mentioned above in the “COLLECTION OF INFORMATION” section
Use and disclosure of collected information
You authorise BluPay to disclose necessary information to related companies and to any agents, suppliers or contractors who provide services to us in connection with the provision of products or services you have sought from us. Countries apart from Australia where our agents, suppliers or contractors might hold corporate or personal information overseas currently include the United States of America and India. Where we disclose your personal or corporate information to third parties, it is solely for the specific purpose for which we supply it to them, unless otherwise stated.
Any information that you provide directly to a third-party merchant, website or application is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of merchants or other third parties with whom you choose to share your personal information directly. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party to whom you choose to share your personal information directly.
When we collect your corporate or personal information, we use that information to:
· establish a BluPay account for a merchant or a customer;
· manage merchant and customer relationship;
· provide better service to pre-fill country code by usage of location;
· send OTP (one time pin) via SMS and Email for two factor authentication and prevent fraud;
· request payments, receive payments and make payments
· attach images of invoices or receipts that are relevant to enable payments;
· to make payments using Credit or Debit cards;
· send notifications;
· engage in direct marketing to you (in any medium);
· contact you for trouble shooting, if any;
· comply with legislative and regulatory requirements;
· testimonials and client/ partner listings on our website and within marketing materials; and
· inform third parties who provide us services – we do not however provide personal information to such third parties, without your prior consent.
COOKIES
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site. Communications
BluPay uses your personal information for essential communications, such as confirmation Emails, accounts information, and critical service details like providing notification through the BluPay app. We may also use this information for other purposes, including direct marketing. If at any time you wish not to receive such correspondence, you may request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at support@blupay.asia.
Third Parties
We use third parties to provide the essential links between merchants, customers, banks and ourselves in order to provide payment services. When you sign up for BluPay, we also integrate with third party payment providers and technology companies to provide the service.
These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
BluPay does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
LEGAL
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required or permitted by law (including Privacy Law) and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
TESTIMONIALS
We may post customer testimonials on our website which may contain personal information such as the customer’s name. We will obtain your consent to use your personal information prior to posting the testimonial. If at any time you no longer wish to have any testimonial you have provided posted on the website you may request for it to be removed by emailing us at support@blupay.asia.
STORAGE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card or debit card number and/or passport number), the third party involved encrypts that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and adhering to international payment standards like PCI DSS. BluPay do not store or collect customer sensitive information.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

COMPLAINTS

We will contact you to acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible after receiving your complaint. We will investigate your complaint and provide you with a written response. If we are unable to resolve your concern, you may request an independent person to investigate your complaint, such as the Privacy Commissioner.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Anti-Spam Policy
BluPay believes that the privacy of its users is of the utmost importance, and all efforts are made to ensure that any communications from BluPay are carried out to benefit our valued merchants.
BluPay uses third-party tools for all mass email campaigns, allowing users to unsubscribe should they wish to no longer receive emails from us. These tools allow us to manage our email lists and ensure that once a user has unsubscribed they can no longer be contacted. These tools abide by anti-spam laws and make all efforts to ensure that any email communication is carried out to benefit recipients.
BluPay adheres to the Australian Spam Act 2003 and regularly updates this policy in response to changes set by ACMA (Australian Communications and Media Authority)
