Yes. The card information will not be stored on your phone or in BluPay app. All the information will directly go to Stripe through an encrypted connection and Stripe processes the transaction. From a security perspective, Stripe is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). All the payment information is safeguarded on Stripe’s secure server
No. They just need to download the BluPay customer app free from the site. It only takes less than a minute to register and make payment with a valid credit card or debit card or a prepaid card.
For funds to come your bank account, first you have to add your bank account as part of the Stripe set up that happens during the BluPay one time registration process. Once you start processing with Stripe, your first payout is made 7-10 days after your first successful payment is received. Subsequent payouts are then processed according to the Stripe payout schedule.

You may change / add new bank account by visiting your Stripe dashboard, selecting “Settings>Business settings>Bank accounts and scheduling” within the left panel of the screen and updating with the preferred bank account information. After adding or changing bank account, account status will change to Pending. You will still be able to accept/“capture” payments, but will not receive deposits until the updates are processed, typically 1-2 days after the change is submitted.
By default, Stripe automatically creates payouts of your available account balance based on the schedule specified in the Dashboard. The schedule used is dependent on your country.

Customers can download the BluPay Customer App for free, register and make Credit or Debit Card payments using the App. Once the customer makes a payment using Credit or Debit card successfully using the BluPay Customer app, money will instantly go into your Stripe account, which would be further transferred automatically to your bank account based on the payout schedule.
There is no limit to the amount you can accept each month through Stripe, and your funds will be transferred to your bank account on the same schedule regardless of volume.
Onboarding is FREE with no setup costs or monthly fees or any hidden charges in it. BluPay fee is based on "Pay as you go" model. BluPay fee is 0.25% + AUD$1.70 on top of Stripe fee.

Refunds use your available Stripe balance—this doesn’t include any pending balance. If your available balance doesn’t cover the amount of the refund, Stripe debits the remaining amount from your bank account.
If the original charge underwent currency conversion, the refunded amount converts back using the same process. There are no fees to refund a charge, but the fees from the original charge aren’t returned.
Stripe submits refund requests to your customer’s bank or card issuer immediately. Your customer sees the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. Once issued, a refund cannot be cancelled. Disputes and charge backs aren’t possible on Credit or Debit card charges that are fully refunded.
Yes. You can refund the full or partial amount to your customer. Please note that the BluPay and Stripe fees are non refundable and the fees will have to be borne by the linked account.

Stripe submits refunds to your customer’s bank immediately. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your customer’s bank account.

Auto reminders are triggered based on Payment Reminder Settings in BluPay Merchant App. Payment reminders can be setup by the Merchant for daily, weekly or monthly, and reminder notification would be sent to customers accordingly for pending payments.
Notifications are sent to merchants and customers at various events.
